Leadership in Action (LIA)

Visionary leadership is increasingly recognised as a critical change agent in community services. MHCC's Leadership in Action Program has been designed and developed using the most contemporary schools of thought regarding the question of “what makes a great leader and manager”. The aim of the program is to strengthen leadership and management capacity. At the completion of the course participants will have achieved a nationally recognised qualification, the Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management CHC60308.
